I love spaces and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about making rooms look “just right.”
With an affinity for clean lines, casual elegance, and relaxed living, my first home was a sweet Nantucket-style shingled house. I was 25 and I called my mom to ask how to put an offer in. “What? Where are you?” she said. For those who know me, you know that I’m a hard worker, a mover and a shaker and I don’t tend to operate with an “I can’t” attitude. Needless to say, I was under contract a few hours later and soon this little home was mine to decorate, splash with color, reconfigure and fluff. I was IN LOVE with the process. It was at that moment that my passion was unleashed and so began my personal design journey. For the last 15 years, I’ve been helping people with their homes, as well as purchased, renovated and decorated five additional homes for myself. In 2017, I designed and built a new home for our family.
My style is eclectic. I like big, little, bold, serene, vintage, modern, traditional, casual….you name it, but most importantly I listen to my clients to better understand what inspires them and learn how they want to live. I don’t impose my style. I often help them further identify their design goals so that we can create a space that is not only beautiful, but is refreshed, balanced, full of harmony and it speaks to them.
